The unimpressed viewers of Michael McIntyre's Big Show said they 'switched off' during the second episode.

The comedian, 47, returned to TV on Saturday night with his series which featured TV personality Bradley Walsh in one segment.

Michael woke up the 63-year-old The Chase host in the middle of the night for his The Midnight Gameshow.

Some claimed to be “turning off” the program, while others seemed annoyed that Bradley was “on every show at this point.”

One viewer said: 'When I watched about two minutes of that Michael McIntyre show I immediately had to turn the volume down and then the whole TV turned off.'

Another asked: “Is there a show that Bradley Walsh says he won't appear on?”

A third wrote: 'Bradley Walsh is even on Michael McIntyre's Big Show. Arghhhhhhhhh.”

A fourth said: 'Ugh not Bradley again, I'm switching off.'

One fan agreed, saying: “Third show tonight with Bradley Walsh. Is there a 3 for 2 going on somewhere?!”

However, others were happy to see him on the show, with one writing: 'Bradley Walsh is a national treasure.'

During the segment where Michael burst into Bradley's hotel room at 1am, he asked the TV host a series of questions that had previously appeared on The Chase.

It comes after viewers of The Chase were left completely shocked earlier this week after a contestant made history when they received a jaw-dropping offer.

Four new hopefuls took on Darragh 'The Menace' Ennis, 43, on Friday's episode of the game show.

The first player, Kim, raised £5,000 in her cash builder round, but viewers were stunned when Darragh made her an eye-watering six-figure cash offer.

If Kim went high she could potentially have brought home £100,000 for her team.

Host of popular ITV quiz show Bradley and viewers at home were surprised by the extraordinary sum, which Darragh hailed as the 'highest ever offer' for a player.

He then said that any other bid after that would be lower.

Although Kim seemed tempted, she ultimately played it safe, opted against it and kept her initial £5,000.

Fans took to social media to share their thoughts on the surprising turn of events, not buying into the huge offer or why Kim turned it down.

One shouted: 'What are you doing! Take the £100,000!'

Another said: 'first bid of 100,000', followed by a series of stunning emojis.

Darragh then defeated player two, Owen, and player three, Georgina.

The final player, Perry, added an extra twist to the show by opting for the higher bid of £88,000.

Fans were stunned when Perry successfully advanced to the finals and defied all expectations.

Despite the team's unexpected success, it was short-lived as the final chase saw Perry and Georgina answer fourteen questions between them, but Darragh managed to beat them with just seconds to spare.

It's not the first time the ITV game show – which has been running since 2009 – has made history after 'the one questions shootout' took place earlier this year.

The show features six Chasers in total: Mark Labbett, Anne Hegerty, Jenny Ryan, Paul Sinha, Darragh Ennis and Shaun Wallace.

The program has spawned The Chase: Celebrity Special, The Family Chase and Beat The Chasers, as well as international remakes.
