Britney Spears celebrates her 42nd birthday with girlfriend Cade Hudson, but is ‘interrupted when dog has a medical emergency that requires a 24-hour vet’

She saw Britney Spears this week on her 42nd birthday at the home of her manager and best friend Cade Hudson in Los Angeles.

She celebrated the special occasion with a small group of intimates, including her brother Bryan Spears, who is four years older than her.

However, the festivities appear to have been paused as at one point she, Cade and Bryan were seen coming out of the house late at night.

It is sensationally claimed that one of her dogs had a medical emergency and had to be taken to a 24-hour veterinary clinic around 2am.

Cade, Bryan and Britney were seen leaving the former’s home in a car which was then parked outside a 24-hour veterinary clinic.

The dog was not visible in any photos of the scene, but a photographer on the scene insisted TMZ that it was indeed in Britney’s car.

During the night, Britney and Cade were also spotted stopping at a gas station mini-mart to pick up a few snacks.

Their outing seemed like a spontaneous decision, based on the fact that Cade was barefoot and wearing what looked like pajamas.

Britney was similarly casually dressed, wearing a red flannel shirt over a dressy ensemble with white sweats.

She obscured her face with large sunglasses and wore an expression of concern when she was spotted that evening.

Britney walked out of the mini-mart ahead of Cade, who was carrying a plastic shopping bag overflowing with items she bought at the convenience store.

The next morning, Britney and Cade seemed to be in better spirits, judging by an Instagram video of them dancing around together.

Britney was decked out in a sparkling, figure-hugging peek-a-boo cocktail dress as she danced around with Cade, who was shirtless.

Her latest sighting comes just over three months after Britney and her estranged husband Sam Asghari reached a custody agreement over their five dogs.

Four of the pets were turned over to Britney, while the rest were turned over to Sam TMZ.

Around the time the arrangement became public, Britney announced on Instagram that she had adopted a new white puppy named Snow.

Sam filed for divorce from Britney in August after just 14 months of marriage, although the wedding was preceded by a long relationship dating back to 2016.

Since news of their split broke, a series of nasty accusations have bubbled onto the public scene, including Sam accusing Britney of cheating on him.

Meanwhile, a source told DailyMail.com that Britney suspected Sam of conspiring with her father Jamie in his controversial conservatorship over her.

“Britney has reason to believe that Sam was secretly working with her father Jamie early in their relationship,” the source told DailyMail.com.

“Sam would provide information to Jamie that would help keep her locked up in the conservatorship. In return, Sam got access to her and her money. Britney now feels like Sam was deceitful the whole time.”

However, their recent comparison appears to be amicable, with Sam praising Britney for her best-selling new memoir The Woman In Me.

Bryan is said to have occasionally kept Britney company as she deals with the fallout from her latest failed marriage. TMZ.

A report was published two years ago TMZ claimed that Britney’s housekeeper took two of her dogs on an emergency trip to the vet.

It was astonishingly claimed that the dogs had become so ill from nutritional problems that the housekeeper feared for their lives.

Both pets were said to be dehydrated, and one of them – who was reportedly already suffering from digestive problems – was said to have become ill from eating table scraps.

After the vet visit, the dogs reportedly stayed briefly with Britney’s dog sitter before being returned to their owner.

The report surfaced as Britney was still embroiled in a legal battle to be released from her conservatorship – and it was claimed she believed the housekeeper had worked with Jamie to take her dogs away from her.

Britney’s 42nd birthday draws the curtain on a whirlwind year that has seen a media frenzy in recent months over her shocking memoir.

Her book focused on targets including her ex Justin Timberlake, her parents and her sister Jamie Lynn, who she wrote at age 11 as a “total b****.”

The Woman In Me features a particularly scathing portrayal of her romance with Justin, who she claimed got pregnant and then convinced her to have an abortion because he was “not ready” to be a father.

In the pages of the memoir, Britney also accused her parents Jamie and Lynne of throwing away her childhood dolls and diaries.

She described her Madame Alexander dolls as particularly important to her, as one of the few luxuries of her financially strapped childhood.

Britney said her parents got rid of her “prized possessions” such as the dolls and diaries in 2019 when she had just undergone treatment for her mental health and was still in the grip of Jamie’s controversial conservatorship.

After being released from conservatorship in 2021, Britney furiously accused her mother of being the “mastermind” of the scheme.

Although their relations appear to have cooled since then, Britney still targeted Lynne in the memoir, saying Lynne was party to the dolls’ disposal.

“I’m not sure who told you I got rid of your dolls and diaries, but I would never do that!” Lynne replied on her Instagram page last month.

“That would be cruel, because I know how much they mean to you. They are also special to me because of the years we spent collecting them. Of course I still have your stuff, and I’ll be happy to send it to you if you want. Please let me know and know how much I love you!’

Shortly afterwards, Britney gave a striking response to her mother’s plea in a postscript to the caption of a post about Taylor Swift.

“Ps Mom, I love you so much, but there were three dolls in the closets when I went home two years ago… kind of weird that you would take them out and then put them back in… like that confused,” Britney wrote. ‘No, I don’t want them. Save it all. I honestly don’t care anymore… honestly, I do.’
