‘Meditation helps reduce stress, control anxiety and improve sleep. It helps extend attention span, reduce age-related memory loss and promote emotional health. It can even help manage pain, lower blood pressure and support recovery. Most importantly, meditation promotes kindness,” says Brooke.

“And the world can always use more kindness!”

According to Psychology Today, meditation is a mental exercise that trains attention and awareness. Its purpose is often to curb the response to one’s negative thoughts and feelings, which, while they can be disturbing and disturbing and can hijack one’s attention from moment to moment, are always fleeting.’

The site also shared that there are many benefits: ‘It is impossible for us to make our thoughts disappear; Often, the more we try to suppress them, the louder they become. In December, Brooke spoke to DailyMail.com about getting enough rest. “You have to sleep at least eight hours a night,” Maxim’s cover girl said.

‘You can get by on less, for example seven hours is fine, but eight hours is better because sleep allows your body to repair itself.’

She also noted that eight hours of sleep is bliss. “It’s basic and makes you look young,” she said. According to the Center for Disease Control and PreventionEight hours a night is a good sleep goal, adding that good sleep quality is also essential. The site shared that it is vital not to be constantly woken up by noise such as snoring.

This comes after the star spoke to DailyMail.com about dieting to help her quit 21 Day Fitness Challenge.

She discussed the joys of intermittent fasting, which is becoming increasingly popular. It means eating in an eight-hour window and then not eating for the remaining 16 hours a day.

“It’s a simple but powerful concept: limit eating to an eight-hour window and fast for the remaining 16 hours of the day,” Brooke told DailyMail.com.

“For example, if you eat at 7 p.m., your next meal will be at 11 a.m. the next morning,” she explained.

‘This timing cycle essentially causes your body to burn stored fat.

‘During a ‘fasting state’ – the hours when your body is not consuming or digesting food – your body has no recently consumed meal to use as energy, so it draws energy from the fat stored in your body.

‘Intermittent fasting trains your body to consume food more efficiently and burn fat for fuel.

‘Fasting can make you hungry or tired, but bridging the time with your normal sleep cycle makes it much easier to embrace it.
