Chicago Med’s Jessy Schram marries longtime girlfriend Sterling Taylor at Chicago ANTIQUES SHOP: ‘We were looking for an extraordinary venue’
Jessy Schram is a married lady! The Chicago Med star, 37, married her longtime love Sterling Taylor on June 18.
The couple tied the knot in front of family and friends at a 60,000-square-foot architectural antique store in her hometown of Chicago, Illinois.
“We were looking for a location that felt unique and unusual,” Schram said People.
“One day we entered an antique store, which is also a furniture warehouse, and as we walked around, we felt the fun and energy it brought. It was quirky and different and still romantic,” she said.
The actress walked down the aisle in a mermaid-style wedding dress with a plunging neckline by designer Dana Harel.

“It was that dress your friend throws in the pile that was unlike anything you originally thought you wanted,” she explained to the outlet.
“I loved how classic it felt while giving it that extra bit of excitement. It feels classic yet daydreamy,” she recalled.
“When I tried it on, I felt like the most beautiful version of myself. I felt like a bride and there was only this dress.’
Schram and Taylor met in 2017 through friends.
The newlyweds welcomed 113 guests to their wedding and the ceremony was officiated by her One Chicago co-star Oded Fehr.
The Bride is a staple on the Hallmark Channel and has also appeared on Veronica Mars and in Mad Men.
Many of her co-stars were among the guests.
“The ceremony, our vows, and seeing each other and everyone there as we walk down the aisle. And, of course, the most epic dance party,” she told People before her wedding.

On the night before the wedding, the couple treated their guests to a pizza rehearsal dinner in Chicago.
After dinner, the group took a sunset cruise on the Chicago River to view the city’s architecture. “We wanted a sense of adventure and community,” Schram said.
The actress also shared what getting married means to her and her new husband.
“It means going the extra mile as partners and co-pilots,” she said. “That extra dedication mentally, physically, cosmically to do and create life with someone. For us it is a statement, not only to ourselves, but to our community, that we choose each other.’
