Huge coffee chain with 2,000 branches adds Kit Kat muffin to its Easter menu

A MAJOR coffee chain has announced it is adding a new chocolate muffin to its menu, along with brand new drinks to celebrate the leap year.

The chain unveiled its spring menu, with a fan favorite returning to the menu.

Costa today revealed that it will be adding a chocolate muffin made with KitKat as part of its spring menu starting next Thursday (February 29).

The muffin is filled with KitKat’s flavored paste and finished with frosting and a KitKat Bunny Mini.

It comes as Costa is set to reintroduce their range of delicious drinks made with KitKat.

Coffee drinkers will be happy to be reunited with one of the chain’s most popular drinks.

Costa KitKat fans should sign up to become members of the Costa Club app to get early access to the KitKat drinks range.

It’s free to join the Costa Club app and you can unlock rewards including a free cake on your birthday and exclusive rewards through Treat Drop.

Costa’s new Chocolate KitKat Muffin also includes the Mini Egg Cookie and the Chocolate Cornflake Nest, both delicious treats this Easter.

The popular coffee chain will also add new sandwiches to its spring menu, including a new Halloumi and Chargrilled Veg Toastie.

From Thursday, Costa Coffee will be introducing their new breakfast deal, where customers can get a drink and a dip for just under £6.50, or grab a drink and a pastry for under £5.

It has not yet been confirmed how long the drinks will be available. We will update this story as soon as we hear more.

All customers can choose items from the Spring Menu this Thursday (February 29).

What is the Costa Rewards Scheme?

If you sign up to the Costa coffee rewards program you can get a free medium drink after you purchase ten coffees.

You’ll need to download the Costa Club app so you can scan your drinks and collect a bean for every medium purchase.

However, if you bring a reusable cup for your coffee, you will receive two beans for each drink ordered. That means you get a free coffee for every four drinks.
