Concern for Today show reporter Mia Glover as her left eye appears to ‘droop’ during live cross

Viewers of the show today raised concerns about reporter Mia Glover after she appeared on the breakfast program on Wednesday morning with a ‘droopy’ eye and swollen cheek.

The Channel Nine reporter and weekend news presenter, 34, was on the show to report on a whale sighting on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Concerns were raised when the whale swam close to shore and from inside the shark nets, as surfers swam out to check on the animal.

But viewers were more concerned about Mia, whose left eye appeared to be drooping while her cheek looked red and swollen.

“Is Mia’s left eye okay?” Looks limp. Just checking to see if she’s okay,” one viewer wrote on Facebook.

“Yes, left eye and swollen red cheek by the looks of it,” another added. ‘It could be anything from an insect to red eyes. I hope she’s doing well.’
