Courtnie Alexandria Donlan, 29, advertises herself online as a dog trainer from Bondi, catering to the wealthy elite around the city’s posh eastern suburbs.

Her passion for dogs – and helping their owners – also extended to running her own pet supplies company, Kylah Raw, which specializes in ‘delivering real nutrition’ through ‘customized raw meals, dried treats and supplements’.

Pet owners who have used her services describe her as an ‘amazing’ and ‘professional’ trainer, sharing five-star testimonials on how she managed to tame their mischievous puppies.

But the so-called dog whisperer is now behind bars after allegedly committing a series of shocking offenses at a public housing estate in Malabar last year.

Police will allege Donlan stalked or intimidated Aaron Holten, 38, at an apartment on Bilga Crescent between 10am and noon on June 11, 2023, before stabbing him in the arm.

At the time, Donlan was allegedly seen brandishing a knife as he walked through the apartment complex’s public parking lot.

Emergency services were called to the scene and Mr Holten was taken to Prince of Wales Hospital in a stable condition.

Footage taken at the scene at the time showed a shoeless Donlan smiling as she spoke to officers as they escorted her out of the apartment complex and into a police van.

The relationship between Donlan and Mr Holten remains unclear, but Daily Mail Australia understands she was living in a unit within the complex at the time.
