Democrats slap back at ‘bulls***’ report on Biden’s mental decline insisting Joe is ‘vigorous’ and ‘dynamic’

Joe Biden‘s mental acuity and frequent blunders are highlighted in a worrying new report that Democrat lawmakers call BS.

The Wall Street Journal detailed concerns from both Republicans and Democrats that the commander in chief’s capabilities are declining and that he is aging beyond an effective executive.

But Democrats are rushing to Biden’s defense, saying the 45 sources in the report are politically motivated.

“Bulls***,” shouted Biden ally Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., 70, to DailyMail.com. “I can tell you it’s absolutely a false, cheap shot.”

She described her conversations with Biden as fascinating and said he knows his stuff.

The Michigander declined interviews with other media on Wednesday because of the loss of her voice, but adamantly defended the president to DailyMail.com despite her ailment.

Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md., 85, the top Democrat in the House — who has been in office since 1981 — said he meets with Biden five or six times a month and that the president is “powerful” and “right on top of the issues.” .’

“I’m saying I’m a little concerned about Biden’s age. I think he’s a little young to be running for president,” joked Hoyer, who is three years older than Biden.

“He’s a little bit slower than he was when he was 40,” he said of Biden, before adding, “But I’m a little bit slower than he was when I was 40.”

He continued, “He shows no sign, in my opinion, that he is not fully capable of serving as president of the United States for the next four years.”

Hoyer said Biden’s schedule is a testament to his strength, pointing to his busy schedule, including press conferences, meetings and this week’s trip to France to mark the anniversary of D-Day, as evidence against his decline.

More than 45 Democrats and Republicans spoke to the Wall Street Journal, many meeting directly with the president, while others were informed of the meetings at the same time.

It comes months after a report from the Ministry of Justice Special counsel Robert Hur criticized the competence of 81-year-old Biden.

Hur claimed that it was clear during the investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents the president has a ‘poor memory’ and ‘impaired faculties’.

Democrats backtracked on that report at the time — and on Wednesday they reconvened to once again defend the oldest president in American history.

“The time I had the opportunity to spend with President Biden is very similar to his State of the Union address from several months ago,” said Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md.

‘He was completely bright, funny, interactive and dynamic.’

Raskin said the last time he spoke with Biden was about a month ago, adding “this is a transparent attempt to distract everyone from the fact that there is now a convicted felon who is about to be nominated to become for the Republican Party.’

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., told DailyMail.com that she spoke with Biden about 10 days ago and that his mental acuity was not an issue.

“I definitely spoke to the president recently. And every time, including recently, that I have spoken with the president, he has been robust, clear, focused and fully committed to his work.”

Despite Democrats’ rapid mobilization to defend Biden’s age and mental fitness, a DailyMail.com poll in April found that only 38% of voters expect him to still be alive at the end of his second termif he were re-elected.

And when Biden, for his part, was recently challenged about whether he would do the job of president for a second time, he said, “I can do it better than anyone you know.”

Then he replied boldly: “You’re looking at me, I can take you too.”
