Roni (@ronivthebarbie) shared the video with more than 80,000 TikTok followers.

She flexed her figure during a workout wearing a simple cropped T-shirt and green gym shorts.

As she posed, she lifted up her viewers, who were too self-conscious to wear shorts in public.

“This is why you should still wear shorts to the gym, even if you have cellulite,” she said.

“Because you're damn hot,” she said matter-of-factly.

Roni explained that she has been working on changing her outlook and perspective, as well as her body.

“I embrace the fact that my mother gave me dimples on my butt and not on my face,” she wrote.

Other gym girls have also taken to social media to share positive messages about their bodies.

Kaela (@kr.fiit) revealed in a video that her body looks very different when she bends than when it is relaxed.

Despite being very fit, she explained that she had normal features that were stigmatized by many people.

“I have a good amount of muscle and a pretty low body fat percentage,” she said.

The gym girl pulled down her leggings, revealing the rolls on her stomach and back.

“Cellulite. I have it. A lot of women do. It doesn't mean you're unhealthy,” she said.
