Elon Musk threatens to ban Apple devices from his business premises if tech giant goes ahead with OpenAI integration – which he dubbed an ‘unacceptable security violation’

Elon Musk has threatened to ban Apple devices from all its companies if the tech giant goes ahead with its integration plans AI in his iPhones.

Apple announced at its annual developer conference that it will bring artificial intelligence to its devices California earlier this week.

But Musk, owner of SpaceX And Teslaresponded by saying that employees and visitors to its company sites should “check their Apple devices at the door.”

He added: ‘Apple devices will be banned. That is an unacceptable breach of security.’

Apple’s voice assistant, Siri, will be integrated with ChatGPT, the AI-powered software developed by the company OpenAI.

Mr Musk has a testy relationship with OpenAI. He founded the company in 2015 and left the company a few years later. He recently took legal action against the company, calling it a “danger to humanity” and claiming that it is not living up to its founding principles.
