PC fans can pick up a must-play new release, and it’s completely free

EPIC Games Store is known for giving away new games every week, but these games are usually already a few years old.

While it’s a great way to build a respectable game library for nothing, players still miss out on the latest games.

That’s why this week’s deal is so exciting, as PC fans can get their hands on a free game on the day it’s released.

Anyone who visits the Epic Games Store this week can get their hands on Astro Duel 2.

It is a party game where you can play in co-op or versus with your friends in space battles.

Astro Duel 2 has a cute pixel art style and lets you play in and out of your spaceship in different modes.

The blurb reads: “Astro Duel 2 is a sci-fi combat game that combines top-down space dogfighting with close-quarters platforming action.

“Whether playing versus or co-op, fight through space and on foot at the same time!

“Attack in the fully destructible arenas or just destroy them from orbit.”

Astro Duel 2 will be free on the Epic Games Store until Thursday, March 14, 2024, when it will be replaced by another free game.

You can claim your free game via the store page on the Epic Games Store website, or directly via the Epic Games Launcher.

The launcher is free to download and you’ll need it to play your games, so it’s worth grabbing.
