Man Utd star's agent criticizes Ten Hag for 'not treating player like a professional'
ERIK TEN HAG was shot by Facundo Pellistri's agent.
Pellistri joined United for £9 million from Penarol in 2020 and spent two seasons on loan at the club.
He returned last season under manager Ten Hag, but made just eleven appearances, staring just once and failing to score.
And this season hasn't been much better as he remains goalless in his fourteen appearances in all competitions.
The winger now appears to be working at Granada until the end of the season, but not before his agent Edgardo Lasalvia took a swipe at Ten Hag.
In a Spanish-language interview with Sports890Lasalvia said: “Whether he returns to Manchester mid-year will depend on the performances he shows.
“If Ten Hag continues, it will be difficult. Ten Hag has not used him, appreciated him or treated him like a professional.”
Just two months ago, Ten Hag said: “For Pelli he has to make a step from a bench player, who often has a very good impact, to a starting team player.
“We'll see how quickly that process will go.”
Pellistri has made nine appearances for United in the Premier League this season, only one of which was a debut.

The Uruguayan has made a total of 24 appearances for United, but has yet to score for the club.
Since joining United in 2020, he has been loaned out twice to Alaves.
Granada currently sit second in LaLiga with 11 points, six points shy of safety, while Celta Vigo are in 17th.
