Pre-booking Fighter: Deepika-Hrithik Movie Mints Magic, Sells Over 60,000 Tickets, Earns Rs 2 Crore

The aerial action film Fighter, starring Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi, is slated to release on January 25 and advance bookings are now available.

Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone's much-awaited film Fighter is all set for release. The film will hit the big screens on January 25, 2024. Pre-booking of the film has started ahead of the release. As per the information from Sacnilk.com, the film has now managed to collect close to Rs 2 crore in pre-booking. The film is directed by Pathaan director Siddharth Anand. Besides Hrithik and Deepika, the film also stars Anil Kapoor and Karan Singh Grover in the lead roles.

According to the report, 59,336 tickets worth ₹1.95 crore have been sold across the film's 6,426 shows so far. This includes 24,186 tickets worth ₹63.8 lakh for the Hindi 2D version and 30,903 tickets worth ₹1.05 crore for the Hindi 3D version. Additionally, the film will be available in IMAX 3D and 4DX 3D formats.

About Fighter

The film is presented by Viacom18 Studios in association with Marflix Pictures. The film will be released on January 25, 2024, just before the extended Republic Day weekend.

According to Fighter's official synopsis, the film revolves around the creation of a new elite unit called Air Dragons. This unit is assigned by the air headquarters to tackle militant activities in the Srinagar Valley.

“They are now the first responders to any hostile activity. They consist of the best fighter pilots handpicked from across the IAF. Fighter is the story of Air Dragons willing to give their all for the nation as they navigate the highs and lows of their internal and external battles,” it said.

During the trailer launch of the film, director Siddharth Anand invited the cine lovers to come and watch the film. Anand said, “Come on January 25 to support and enjoy the film. We gave everything. It's not an easy movie. I've done quite a few action films, but this was a whole different journey.”
