Five people have been seriously injured in a two-car crash, with the speed under investigation.
Queensland Police say a Mercedes-Benz traveling south along Forest Lake Boulevard and a Toyota LandCruiser collided at the intersection of Renoir Crescent in the Brisbane suburb of Forest Lake about 10.10pm on Saturday.
The 28-year-old male driver of the Mercedes-Benz, his two 22-year-old male passengers and a 20-year-old woman were all taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The 52-year-old woman driving the Landcruiser was also taken to hospital where she remains in serious condition.
The Forensic Crash Unit investigation is ongoing and will determine whether speed was a contributing factor to the crash.
