Wild (third from left), who replaced Tony Hadley as lead singer of the ’80s band in 2018 before being fired 11 months later, was arrested by officers at his home on March 30, 2021.

It is claimed Wild filmed himself raping the first woman at his flat in Finchley, in the north Londonin October 2013 after rowing.

Prosecutor Richard Hearden told the court that another woman told police she did not know he had filmed himself groping her breasts.

And another attack is said to have taken place in Cannes, France, in May 2018, where the musician had gone to the film festival.

Mr Hearden described the incident as ‘bizarre and perverse’, telling the court Wild fondled the woman’s breasts while she slept.

He is accused of raping a fourth woman in his home and filming a sex act with him without her consent, who said Wild treated her like a “sex slave.”

After being raped, she went to his bathroom where she called her mother and whispered to her that she had been injured, the court was told.

Mr Hearnden said: ‘If these things are true, the defendant was an extremely manipulative and sadistic individual.

‘She was used as a kind of sex slave. He wanted to have intercourse five or six times a night.

“When she said it was too much, he forced her to have sex with him.”

A fifth woman stayed at his home in 2015 after meeting the star three years earlier on dating site Plenty of Fish, the court heard.

Mr Hearden said she woke up in his bed and saw Wild having sex with her while she slept.

Wild replaced Tony Hadley as singer of the ’80s band in 2018 after a successful career in the West End, including appearances in We Will Rock You and Million Dollar Quartet.

He was fired eleven months later after joining the band.

Wild was arrested at his home on March 30, 2021, and questioned about one of the alleged rapes, two of the sexual assaults and the videos.

But he denied the allegations, saying “everything was consensual between him and the women involved.”

He denies three charges of rape, three charges of sexual assault, one charge of voyeurism, one charge of intimidation and one charge of controlling behaviour.
