Fortnite Death Star Sabotage Event Live: Our Coverage of the Star Wars Live Event and the new seasonal launch

Fortnite Galactic Battle is now coming to an end, with the highlight being a live event later today (7 June). Death Star Sabotage will close this Star Wars Mini season, who instructs players with jumping in X-wings and Tie Fighters for a Space Battle. This will hopefully lead to some downtime for the following season, which is expected to be Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3.
Fortnite Galactic Battle – Key info
Epic Has been busy teasing the following season of Fortnite In the past week or so, but so far we have only had details about the live event that starts later today. If early signs are something to continue, the upcoming Star Wars Live event in Fortnite So far can be a real highlight for Chapter 6. We can fly some X-Wings, down the Death Star and save the island of a certain destruction.
I personally enjoyed Fortnite Galactic struggle, where the only-blaster-weapon pool is a refreshing change in the norm. Fortnite Death Star Sabotage Live Event – Cut to the Chase
Do you only have time for the basics? Here are the most important things to know about Fortnite Galactic Battle end:
- Start time: June 7 at 11 am pt / 2 pm et / 7 pm BST

Fortnite Death Star Sabotage Start date and time
Fortnite Death Star Sabotage Live Event starts today (7 June) at 11 a.m. pt / 2 p.m. et / 7 p.m. BST. The event itself will be in the Discovery section two hours before, which means that it will be available to participate next time:
- US (west coast): 9 hours PT
- US (east coast): 12 hours et
- United Kingdom: 17:00 BST
- Europe: 6 pm CEST
Fortnite next season release date and time
Epic Games has to describe the following season FortniteBut we expect it to come after the downtime as soon as the live event has ended. In the past, the downtime took an average of 2-5 hours, although much longer between the chapters. As such we would expect Fortnite Chapter 6 season 3 to shine at a certain point at a certain point, although we need more information before we can be sure.
Fortnite next season downtime estimate
Epic Games still has to be in detail Fortnite Chapter 6 season 3, although we expect it to arrive after the downtime. This downtime will start after the Death Star Sabotage Live event has ended. What to expect from the next Fortnite season
Official details about the following season of Fortnite are currently scarce, but some prominent leakers have claimed that Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 will have a superhero theme. In This tweet from @hypex You can see that Superman Skins have leaked. This would be logical if a connection for the new film that will be released later in July.
Elsewhere we have leaker @Shiina tweet A summary of recent leaks for Chapter 6, also pointing to a superhero theme that comes in the next update. Of course these details have not been confirmed in any way, but I have discovered that these two sources are reliable in the past, especially in the days prior to a new seasonal launch. We will have to wait and see if there are rumors about a “super” season.
Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 Card changes
As you can see from the image above, four new large POIs (interesting) had been added in addition to the Fortnite Galactic Battle. Although Epic will not yet reveal the card for Chapter 6 Season 3, we can expect that these Star Wars locations will change. Whether they will return to their season 2 states, or will be updated in addition to the theme of the new season, will be revealed later today.

The full cinematic trailer for Fortnite Death Star Sabotage debuted during the Game Awards on 6 June. This shows some freedom of space, while players Pilot X-Wings and Tie Fighters in an attempt to prevent the Death Star from destroying the Battle Royale Island.
