Thanks to her jet-set lifestyle, the 82-year-old is no stranger to the dangers of international flights, opting to bring her own home-cooked food instead of accepting plane meals.

“I have to bring my own food on the plane so I can have a fresh, tasty snack or meal,” she said.

‘Sometimes I bring a salad, a sandwich or even hard-boiled eggs from one of my own chickens.’

Martha said she also pre-selects her holiday outfits before she even gets on the plane.

“To save time on my travels, I like to choose my outfits, package each on its own hanger and then wrap them in plastic,” the media mogul explains.

‘This way I can hang them up and they arrive at my destination wrinkle-free. That’s why I like to stay in homes with large closets and drawers, so I can stay organized while traveling.”

The experience will feature an itinerary curated by Martha featuring some of her favorite fall activities, including brunch with Martha herself and a private table demonstration by renowned designer expert Kevin Sharkey.
