A Gold Coast influencer has taken to social media to share his heartbreak after two arsonists set fire to his garage and significantly damaged several of his luxury cars.

Troy ‘Candy’ Williams, 33, was devastated after the heartless criminals set fire to the headquarters of his Eye Candy Motorsports car wrapping company in Arundel.

The incident, which is being investigated by police, took place at 3:30am on Wednesday and police said it had caused “significant damage” to the headquarters.

Police found a ladder and rope at the crime scene and CCTV cameras caught two men behaving ‘suspiciously’ at the scene, reports The courier mail.

Troy took to Instagram to thank his followers for their support and to give them an update.

“Unfortunately, something terrible has happened. Fortunately, everyone is fine, but I really need time to process this,” he began.

“Please give me space, I don’t want people asking me questions. We are all safe and no one is hurt, but I feel very broken right now.”

Six of his luxury cars, including a Rolls Royce, were in the garage at the time of the incident.

In 2021, he sent some choice words to the teens who ransacked a luxury car belonging to his pregnant partner.

The Gold Coast influencer posted a series of Instagram stories, telling the saga to his 165,000 followers.

The video shows the teens filming their crime and tagging Mr. Williams’ Instagram account as they ransacked the turquoise Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupe – which retails for $130,000 – as it was parked in the driveway of the home of the couple.

Williams offered his followers a monetary reward in exchange for information on the identity of the perpetrators and the return of his belongings.

He posted an update to his Instagram thanking his followers for helping track down the thieves’ names and addresses, revealing that he had recovered most of his belongings.
