Oliver O'Toole (Erik Mabius) leads his team of eccentric characters, including Rita Haywith (Yan Kay Crystal Lowe), Norman Dorman (Geoff Gustafson) and Shane McInerny (Kristin Booth) — in their mission to deliver the most undeliverable items that get lost, mutilated or forgotten in the mail.

Some of their duties take place in Denver, where their headquarters are located, while others transport them around the world. Each adventure keeps fans guessing and nothing is easy to solve.
