I spotted what I thought was an old shopping list on the ground at Aldi – then I looked closer and read something I never expected to see

A man picked up what he thought was an old shopping list at his Aldi store, but was confronted with a much more aggressive image.

Instead of a list of messages, as expected, the anonymous customer found a note titled “People I Want to Punch in the Face,” followed by a list of names and a “fight schedule.”

‘Emma’ was written above ’12:00′. “Hunt” was written above “3 p.m.” and “Joe” at “4 p.m.” The names Sofia, Sam and Donna appeared on the list but without ‘fight times’.

‘I got out of my car at the local Aldi and saw someone’s, I assumed, shopping list on the floor. Decided to inspect further as I left the store,” the customer wrote alongside a photo of the frame.

The post attracted a series of amused reactions, with many criticizing the ‘fight list’ for laughs.

‘Plan well. Emma looks difficult. It takes her three hours. Get her out of the way, but go to lunch earlier. Call Joe and put him in front of Emma and clear the night away,” one man wrote.

Others joked that they would “need a bigger sheet of paper” to document all the people they want to punch in the face.

“My friend is wondering where you can buy such stationery, with such an uplifting message,” one woman wrote.

“I wish I was that organized,” another joked.

A third said: ‘This is so healthy… she took this list out of her head to make room for the groceries!!’

Others said the title on the notepad was simply misleading.

‘She must be a manager who plans her day! The top are the three employees who work in the morning and the three who work in the afternoon! Below is who she will have to stock the carts and what time she will send them,” one woman said.

Others revealed their own ‘strange frames’ found on the floors of shops and car parks.

“One day I was in the casino parking lot and found a list of passwords,” one man said.

‘I found a list on the floor of a bookstore. I picked it up thinking someone’s shopping list had fallen out of their bag or something. It said ‘ways to terminate a pregnancy’, it was handwritten on a small piece of paper. It was such a crazy thing,” one woman added.
