Josie Gibson became the seventh campmate to be eliminated from the Australian jungle in Saturday’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
The This Morning host, 38, narrowly missed out on a place in the much-anticipated final as she was sent packing just one day before the winner will be crowned.
Josie’s exit leaves Sam Thompson, Tony Bellew and Nigel Farage as the three finalists as they will battle it out for the King of the Jungle title on Sunday night.
However, fans were left fuming upon her exit as they shared their disappointment that she didn’t make the final – after she was the last woman standing in the camp.
Many viewers also shared their annoyance that controversial politician Nigel, 59, had not been voted out instead of Josie as they said she deserved to make it through.

A third tweeted: ‘Noooo!!!!!!! Not Josie. WHY IS NIGEL STILL IN THERE???!!!!’ and another penned: ‘Trying to figure out how Nigel beat Josie.’
A fifth gushed: ‘Aw, Josie has just been the best! I really wanted her to win right from the start, and I’m so happy she got so far. She’s been such good fun!’
And one sweetly added: ‘She was the last woman standing so she’s still the Queen of the jungle, we love you Josie.’
Despite fans’ upset over her exit, she appeared thrilled to be going home after three weeks in the jungle as she stood up and cheered when her name was announced.
Josie has had an up-and-down journey in the jungle and spoke openly about her difficulties, including missing her son Reggie, five.
After her elimination, she spoke to Ant and Dec about her time in the jungle and reflected on her famous kitchen rows with Fred Sirieix.
Josie and the maître d’hôtel and professional chef previously clashed as Fred hit out at her cooking skills while struggling to let go of his former camp chef role.

However, Josie insisted that ‘everyone preferred’ her food as she told how they settled the tension with a final battle in the kitchen.
‘It was the battle of the chefs wasn’t it? When someone criticises what you do along the way, it puts a lot of pressure, everyone’s starving… I think I put him straight in the end,’ she said of their rows.
Josie also became the seventh star to back Sam for the crown as he seems to have won over viewers and campmates alike with his bubbly and enthusiastic personality.
When asked who she wants to win, she said: ‘Sam has just got a magic about him, he’s entertaining from the moment he wakes up until he goes to sleep,’ before adding that she would also be happy to see Tony win.
All of the eliminated celebrities so far have backed Sam to win the 2023 series, and bookies have named both Sam and Tony as favourites to be crowned King of the Jungle.
Upon her elimination, Josie then walked across the iconic bridge, where she was greeted by her best friend Mia Williams.
Her son Reggie did not appear on the bridge to meet her, but is nearby in Australia after Mia brought him to Australia to reunite with his mother upon her exit.
Josie’s exit came one day after she narrowly avoided leaving the camp on Friday as she came in the bottom two alongside Marvin Humes.
Danielle Harold, Nick Pickard, Fred Sirieix, Nella Rose and Frankie Dettori were all previously voted out, after Jamie Lynn Spears and Grace Dent both quit on medical grounds.

On Friday, JLS star Marvin was eliminated and reflected on his ‘bromance’ and close friendship with Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson while speaking to Ant and Dec.
The pair have repeatedly kept the camp entertained with duets and movie-style performances, and Marvin confirmed he has invited Sam to sing with JLS.
He vowed: ‘We said to Sam as well, he’s got to come and perform with me and the lads at some point next year.’
Commenting on his own tunes during his stint in the jungle, Marvin quipped: ‘I didn’t stop singing did I? I never sing that much, not even in JLS!’
When asked who he wants to be crowned the 2023 winner, Marvin named both Sam and actor Tony as he showed his support for his pals.
Despite not making it to the final four, Marvin said he was happy to leave just hours after his wife Rochelle Humes visited the camp on Thursday to show her support.
‘I can’t believe I’ve come this far, to make it to 22 days I think we’ve done,’ Marvin said as he gushed over making to the final five campmates.

Reflecting on Rochelle surprising him in camp for a sweet reunion just one day before his exit, Marvin described it as a highlight of his jungle journey.
‘I’ve never felt the way that I felt about her than in that moment… took my breath away,’ he said of her brief visit, which came when all the campmates’ loved ones surprised them in camp.
He also sweetly gave a message to his three children – Alaia-Mai, 10, Valentina, six, and Blake, two – as he told them he loved them and that he would see them soon.
Marvin was once again reunited with his wife Rochelle, who he married in 2012, as she met him on the iconic bridge and they shared a sweet hug and a kiss.
Danielle said: ‘Sam, please vote for Sam… he’s such a trooper, he’s such a great guy.’
Frankie Dettori was the first campmate to be eliminated in the public vote and admitted he thinks Sam will take home the top prize this year.
He said: ‘My bet would be Sam. He brings a lot to the table, he’s entertaining, he is silly, he sings, he is happy and I think what people is going to like about him is all of that. That … to me is the winner.’
Nella Rose was the next star to be voted out of the jungle, and she too said: ‘I think Sam should be King of the Jungle, he has wanted to do this since he was a kid.’
Fred Sirieix left camp on Tuesday after the third public vote and once again bet on Sam to make it all the way in this year’s series.
Earlier this week, viewers were left completely shocked by Nick’s elimination as they gushed over the ‘lovely’ star.
After Nick was the fourth star to be voted out, fans took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to admit they were ‘gutted’ that he had been booted out of the camp.
One wrote: ‘Gutted that Nick has gone,’ and another said: ‘If it was another year Nick would have won, what a lovely man.’
A third penned: ‘Ohhh I liked Nick. Gutted,’ while a fourth tweeted: ‘Nick hadn’t left, it’s a dream and I want to wake up now.’
Nick’s exit came just one day after First Dates star Fred became the third star to be voted out of the camp.
Fred had a drama-filled time in camp after clashing with Nigel Farage over Brexit, rowing with Josie and being confronted by Nella in the ‘Dadgate’ row.
Danielle Harold (pictured), Nick Pickard, Fred Sirieix, Nella Rose and Frankie Dettori were all previously voted out

One said: ‘Not really surprising its Fred, his really let himself down with the way his been acting recently tho it has caused tension, drama and been entertaining which has been great.’
Another wrote: ‘Hallelujah Fred has gone!!! He thought he was everything in there….bossy as f**k!!!’ while a third tweeted: ‘ SOOOOO glad Fred has gone! Can’t be arsed to hear him any longer.’
