AN INK-UP influencer underwent 'excruciating' and expensive limb lengthening surgery to grow just two inches taller.
Yeferson Cossio wanted to become the epitome of tall, dark and handsome after he heard about the height-altering surgery.

The 29-year-old from Colombia explained that he first heard about the gruesome procedure when he was experiencing problems with his legs.
He said his undisclosed health problems, which he doesn't discuss because they are “very personal,” first surfaced about two years ago.
Yeferson began researching limb lengthening surgeries and the idea of reaching new heights quickly stuck in his mind.
The social media star, who has 11 million Instagram followers, admitted he was motivated by purely cosmetic reasons.
He explained: “Two years ago I had a problem with my legs that I don't really want to talk about because it's very personal.
'There was a lot of speculation and conspiracy theories, which I didn't really care about.
“But one of the things that had the most impact on me was stretching the legs.
“I looked into it, met some people and discovered that it does exist. I got it into my head that I wanted to do it.”
The model, who has posed for Calvin Klein, was not satisfied with his height of 1.80 meters and wanted to be just a little taller.
The painful procedure at a clinic in Colombia reportedly cost Yeferson £35,000 per centimeter.
He explained that while the surgery can make people grow up to 4 inches taller, he was happy to only be able to grow half of that.
The influencer said: “Just as it is the most painful surgery, it is also one of the most expensive.
“I'm 1.77m (5ft 8ins). Reaching 1.87m (6ft 1ins) seemed too much for me, but I'm staying around 1.83m (6ft).”
The YouTuber shared a clip detailing his growing experience and was even filmed in the operating room as he lay unconscious.
His surgeon pointed out that those who have limb deformities, where one leg is longer than the other, usually undergo the surgery.
The medic then warned Yeferson that his recovery could take more than four months.
He was told he would have to cut out most of his typical daily activities until he got back on his feet.
The shockingly graphic video shared to Instagram quickly went viral as social media users discussed their thoughts in the comments.
Yeferson captioned the clip: “I had the most painful surgery in the world. Would you do it?”
But his announcement did not appear to go as well as he had hoped, as thousands of people expressed their disgust.
Someone commented: “Vanity at its best! All the money in the world can't make this man happy.”
Another said: “They have so much money they don't know what to spend it on… so they do this nonsense.”
A third added: “Is it worth all this suffering? Love each other as we are. We are perfect.”
A fourth wrote: “Your arms are too short, you look very out of proportion.”
Others were more supportive of Yeferson's decision to undergo the dramatic surgery, saying it's his body and ultimately his choice.
One said: “My legs hurt just thinking about the pain. Have a good recovery, take care of yourself.”
Another chimed in: “You can do whatever you want with your body!”
A third added: “If you can afford it, great! Congratulations. I'm wearing heels, I wish I could be taller.”
Yeferson, who appeared on MTV's Just Tattoo of Us in 2019, hit back at haters with a comedic follow-up post.
He posed in a wheelchair with his legs bandaged, while his influencer girlfriend Carolina Gomez donned a sexy nurse outfit.
The post was captioned: “Don't worry about me, I'm well taken care of – and besides, it's going to be a nice recovery.”
Yeferson bizarrely got a boob job two years ago after a ridiculous bet with another Colombian content creator over the number of followers.
He shared a clip wearing a pink bra after having silicone implants placed in his chest.
