Jack Keating reveals he's moving in with new girlfriend of five months – 10 months after welcoming daughter with ex

Jack Keating has revealed he is moving in with his new girlfriend after five months of dating.

The Love Island star and son of singer Ronan, 24, made the shock announcement in March last year that he had become father to a daughter, Maya Ann, after a brief romance with artist Keely Iqbal.

He also appeared on the ITV dating show in the summer of 2022 – meaning his baby daughter was likely conceived before he appeared on the show.

In a new interview this week, Jack announced that his new relationship with girlfriend Sophie Foard is 'the best thing ever' as he gave an update.

The couple, who met while on holiday last September, previously lived half an hour away from each other in London before moving in together in Malahide, near Dublin.

Jac told TO CALL TO ACTION: 'We moved about two weeks before Christmas. It was clearly a big step for her. I'm coming home, so for me the move wasn't that big of a step.

“It was the best five months; we're going strong. And it was just amazing.”

While giving an update on his daughter, she continued, “February 12 was the fastest year. Every parent says that once you have children, the years literally fly by. When I did the first Instagram post, oh my God, my stomach was in my mouth. I literally didn't want to post it. I was like, “Someone else print a message for me!”'

It comes after Jack's ex slammed him on Instagram, accusing him of being a 'useless bastard' during her pregnancy and for introducing his new girlfriend to their daughter.

Keely launched an angry tirade against Jack and the rest of the Keating family after her ex shared some snaps with his new blonde love.

The artist attacked the couple, who made his romance public in September during the screening of A Haunting In Venice.

Keely said she felt “broken and disrespected” when their daughter was introduced to “random women.”

Keely reshared a photo Jack posted of himself and his new girlfriend at the screening: “I was introduced to this girl the other day and not told who she was.”

It comes after Jack's ex slammed him on Instagram, accusing him of being a 'useless bastard' during her pregnancy and for introducing his new girlfriend to their daughter.

The artist hit out at the couple, who went public with their romance at the screening of A Haunting In Venice earlier this month, saying she feels 'broken and disrespected'.

“@rokeating @stormykeating letting this girl over to your house while I came over with Maya?? Without asking if I'm okay with that?? Are you weird??,” she added in the post

She continued, “Jack left my baby around this complete stranger without my consent, and Jack and I agreed not to introduce partners to her before that.

'My trust has been broken and I feel disrespected. Just so you all know, I did that entire pregnancy by myself. The useless p*ck just showed up on the day of the delivery.

“And now my baby is being introduced to random women.

“@rokeating @stormykeating letting this girl over to your house while I came over with Maya?? Without asking if I'm okay with that?? Are you weird??'

The presenter previously spoke about the 'big shock' when he found out he was going to become a father and told how co-parenting works with Keely.

“It's changed massively in the best way, it was obviously a big shock, it wasn't part of the plan. But the past few months have been great. Maya is now five and a half months old and that time has absolutely flown by,” Jack said in an interview with Goss.ie.

'My life has definitely changed, I am no longer the most important person, my priorities have changed.'

Jack said he kept his baby news out of the public eye during Keely's pregnancy because they weren't together and didn't tell anyone other than his immediate family.

The two now co-parent Maya and Keely live in Birmingham, while Jack lived in London before returning to Ireland.

He said: 'I'm getting up to see Maya as much as possible which is lovely, she'll also be done breastfeeding soon which will be great as I'll be able to spend a bit more time with her. I'm going to have her as a guest for a weekend, which I'm really looking forward to.'
