Jackie 'O' Henderson turned heads in a striking yellow dress as she sailed through Sydney Harbor among a host of other stars.

Friday has the Kyle and Jackie O radio co-host, 49, rocked a bright yellow flared mini dress by Alexis, which retails for around $900, as she celebrated SailGP's fifth visit to Sydney ahead of the KPMG Australia Sail Grand Prix.

The blonde wore her hair in a ponytail for the windy weather and accessorized with gold and yellow bangles, as well as a neutral manicure and matching pedicure.

She opted for a natural makeup palette and a bright pink lip and showed off her golden tan on board.

In one photo, Jackie posed with the winning trophy for the sailing competition.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at Luke McLeod's book launch for Everyday Enlightenment on Thursday, Jackie revealed the secret to looking youthful after celebrating her 49th birthday.

“I smoke all kinds of things and haven't really taken care of my body for the past few years,” she revealed.

'But I've always been a very positive person and generally happy. I couldn't attribute it [my youthful looks] with something else, to be honest.'

Other stars who joined Jackie on the yacht included Married At First Sight's golden couple, Evelyn Ellis and Duncan James.

The lovebirds were all smiles and never lost sight of each other during the glamorous event.

Evelyn, known as MAFS's 'hottest bride ever', looked chic in a white shirt and miniskirt, as she accessorized with a white Chanel handbag.
