Jason Kelce cries as the Eagles' 2023 season comes to an end
Jason Kelce was overwhelmed with emotion as he watched his team, the Philadelphia Eagles, lose to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the final moments of the Monday, January 15, playoff game.
Kelce, the Eagles' center, headed to the sideline as the clock ticked down on the Monday Night Football program. He was seen crying on the sidelines as he took off his helmet and the loss hit him. The Bucs defeated the Eagles 32 to 9, taking the Eagles out of the Super Bowl hunt next month.
“That looks like a man full of emotions,” said one of the ESPN broadcasters the cameras panned to Kelce36. “It makes you wonder if that's it for 36-year-old Jason Kelce.”
The athlete was visibly moved to tears as he spoke with his offensive line coach. Jeff Stoutlandand looked at the crowd. Jason's wife, Kylie Kelceseemed to feel her husband's pain as she watched him walk up and down the field.
Kylie, 31, was spotted with her hands over her mouth and hunched over in the stands, in a shared fan photo via X (formerly Twitter).

The couple's melancholic reaction to the Eagles' loss has some fans wondering if the rumors that Jason is retiring are true.

Meanwhile, Jason, who was drafted into the NFL in 2011 and has won one Super Bowl championship, admitted in the documentary that it's “getting harder and harder to play.”
