Joe Jonas speaks out after Sophie Turner wants to reactivate the divorce

Both Turner and Jonas have sparked new romances since their divorce. Turner has been linked to the British aristocrat Peregrine Falcon Pearson while Jonas spends time with a model Stormi Bree.
