Kate Moss's very lazy 30th birthday party was themed 'Beautiful and the Damned' and is rumored to have ended in an orgy at Claridge's hotel in Mayfair, while her 40th was an epic, four-day Glastonbury-themed party at her country house in the Cotswolds.

To mark her next milestone birthday, the supermodel and her best friends had a very 'grown-up' party in a warmer place.

I hear Moss, who turned 50 on Tuesday, has been enjoying a pre-birthday holiday in Mustique, the playground of the West Indies' rich and famous.

She was joined by her daughter, Lila, 21, who has followed her footsteps into modeling, and by friends including Sadie Frost, her fellow former member of the Primrose Hill set known for their hedonistic antics in the 1990s .

Others on the trip included model turned nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson, fashion stylist Katy England, floral designer Flora Starkey, fashion casting director Jess Shallet and designer Jess Morris.

Moss, who launched her 'wellness' brand Cosmoss in 2022, was dressed as a 'spiritual warrior' in a holiday snap that Frost, 58, shared online.

The birthday girl could be seen wearing a flower crown and a flower wreath around her neck as she sat in the sand among her circle of friends on the beach.

“Very mature, dear Kate,” writes Frost, who describes her friend as a “spiritual warrior.”

She says: 'It was so special to celebrate your birthday with some of our beautiful friends… there was so much fun and laughter in our party circle.

'Plus so many memories I will never forget. PS It was so nice to get some recent photos of all of us.'

Mustique has been loved by the jet set since Lord Glenconner bought it in the 1960s and gave Princess Margaret a ten-acre plot as a wedding gift.

The small private island is a favorite of the Prince and Princess of Wales and home to rock stars Sir Mick Jagger and Bryan Adams, as well as American fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger.

Kate is now said to be embracing being tee-total 80 percent of the time, hitting the gym and starting yoga sessions.

Kate entered the modeling world after being discovered at the age of 14 and rose to fame in the mid-1990s.

Her collaborations with Calvin Klein made her a household name and in 2013 she was honored at the British Fashion Awards in recognition of her contribution to the fashion industry over the course of 25 years.

Kate previously described her happy place as being on the dance floor and has since left London for the West Oxfordshire countryside, where she practices transcendental meditation and wild swims in a 'secret spot' that only the local villagers use.

The fashion icon also believes in the power of positive affirmations to improve one's outlook, with 'embrace the unknown' and 'trust the universe and it will show the way' being among her favourites.

Despite her new Gwyneth Paltrow-esque lifestyle, Kate still allows herself one vice.

“I still smoke occasionally,” she said The Sunday times. 'I've heard that when you stop, you really notice it [by your skin]. But I haven't stopped…yet.”

The model admitted she is in 'denial' about her upcoming 50th birthday because she doesn't feel her age.

“I'm not going to live to be fifty,” she said. 'No. I don't think about it. I don't feel fifty.'

Briefly discussing her holiday celebrations, Kate shared how she now never stays at a party past midnight, describing it as her 'cut-off point'.
