The surgically enhanced star, 45, posed in a sheer bodysuit with only nipple pasties protecting her modesty after taking to the stage for GK Barry’s Saving Grace live podcast show in London last weekend.

After the taping at the London Palladium, she took to Instagram and posed with the podcast and her sister Sophie, with whom she has her own podcast.

In typical Katie style, her chat with critics comes after further shocking behavior surrounding her new boyfriend: MAFS star JJ Slater.
