Throughout her career Keke Palmer has proven that the sky is the limit – and she’s only just getting started.
Palmer began singing in the church choir at age 5, and after moving to Los Angeles, she quickly found success in acting. She rose to fame after starring in her own Nickelodeon series, Real Jackson, Vice President, from 2008 to 2011. Three years after wrapping up the Nickelodeon show, Palmer made history in more ways than one. She got her own BET talk show and was also the first black actress to play Cinderella on Broadway.
As Palmer continued to grow in Hollywood, she chose to become her own boss and launched her own record label, Big Boss Entertainment. “I dream of doing stand-up one day,” Palmer said exclusively We weekly in February 2020 of her next career goal. “Sure!”
Three years later, Palmer added “mom” to her resume after welcoming her first baby, son Leodis.
