Kevin Spacey is on the brink of bankruptcy due to his million dollar legal fees and has been forced to sell his house.
The disgraced Hollywood actor aadmitted on Piers Morgan Uncensored that he was ‘handsy’ and ‘pushing boundaries’, despite being cleared of sexually assaulting four men last year.
He revealed he has battled suicidal thoughts since being charged with indecent assault against four men in 2018.
When asked where he lives now and if he will file for bankruptcy, the former House of Cards star, 64, said: “This week, where I’ve been living in Baltimore, it’s going to be foreclosed on.

‘I don’t know exactly where I’m going to live yet, but I’ve been living in Baltimore since we started filming House of Cards there.
“I’ve thought about filing a few times, but we’ve managed to avoid it, at least as of today.
‘I still have a lot of legal bills that I haven’t been able to pay.
‘Many millions, yes. The house itself is worth many millions.’
When asked by Morgan what he plans to do in the near future, Spacey said, “Get back on the horse.”
He went on to say that he had spoken to a “significant” number of men to personally apologize for his past behavior.
When Morgan asked him what he considers bad behavior, he said, “Pushing the boundaries.

‘Being too handsy, touching someone sexually in a way that I didn’t know at the time that that person didn’t want. Personally, I have caressed people, I have been gentle with people, that’s who I am.
“You’re picking on someone, you don’t want to be aggressive. You want to be gentle. You want to see if they will respond positively.
“I am absolutely 150 percent willing to take responsibility for the things I have done and the mistakes I have made. “Bad, bad, bad behavior sometimes.”
Spacey was one of the most famous faces in Hollywood until allegations of sexual misconduct were made in 2017, with streaming giant Netflix cutting ties with the actor.
He was accused of abusing his fame and power to carry out nine sexual attacks on four men during his tenure as artistic director of the Old Vic theatre. But he insisted the claims were “crazy” and accused the claimants of “lying for money.”
In July 2023, the actor was dramatically acquitted of sexually assaulting the four men following a high-profile trial at Southwark Crown Court, in which Sir Elton John gave evidence in his defense.
After being linked to Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell and pictured with the convicted felon during a tour of Buckingham Palace in 2002, Spacey denied ever being on sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s island.
When asked about his friendship with the American, who died in prison in 2019, Spacey said: “He wasn’t my friend. I am not a confidant. I never spent any time with him.”

During his interview with Morgan, Spacey also claimed that he had received a message of support from King Charles during his legal battle.
Spacey smiled as he told Morgan that while he had not been contacted directly by the 75-year-old monarch, he had “heard a message.”
“And I’m very grateful for that,” he said.
But he quickly ended the conversation, adding that he “didn’t want to drag him into this,” seemingly pointing to the King’s cancer battle, adding: “He’s got a lot on his plate and I wish him all the best .’

Spacey said Charles had been supportive since he became artistic director of The Old Vic in 2003, where he would come to see productions at the London theater.
‘We were very fortunate that when he was Prince of Wales he loved and believed in The Old Vic. “I was always honored to do what I could for The Prince’s Trust,” he said.
“And I wish him all the best with his health.”
It was Charles who presented Spacey with his honorary CBE in 2010 for his services to drama, and again in 2016 when he received an honorary knighthood.

Spacey also spoke out about his sexuality on the same day as the allegations against him in 2017, coming out as gay in a statement.
He said: ‘I’ve had relationships with both men and women. I have loved men and had romantic encounters all my life, and I now choose to live as a gay man.”
When Spacey first spoke about his sexuality, he told Morgan, “I was closeted as a man, and I was very closeted for a very long time, and now that I’m out, regardless of the fact that I came out in a wasn’t the best coming out party ever, I would like to try to be an equally positive voice for those who are struggling with embracing themselves and their own lives.”
When asked about his current relationships, meeting a partner and what he has learned, he said, “Well, if I’ve learned anything, I’ve learned that a first step doesn’t have to be physical.
“So I’m hopeful and I believe I’ll be able to meet someone who is willing to judge me based on what they experience and not based on the headlines.”
