The glamorous former Gold Coast home of fitness influencer Ashy Bines has gone under the hammer for $4.3 million – almost double what she sold it for just four years ago.
Ashy, 34, bought the sprawling six-bedroom, four-bathroom waterfront Broadbeach complex in 2013 for $1.955 million.
In 2019, she put the lavishly appointed resort-style home on the rental market for $2,500 a week, before selling it in 2020 for $2.2 million.
The new owners renovated the house before putting it on the market.
Built just 40 meters from the Main River, this ultra-modern multi-storey resort-style home features a home cinema, swimming pool and private pontoon.

It comes after Ashy and husband Steve Evans, 44, spent $1.85 million on a new home on the Gold Coast in 2022.
The ground floor with four bedrooms and two bathrooms is located 5 km from the CBD.
Meanwhile, reports indicate that the high-profile couple, known for their glamorous lifestyle, purchased a lot in a desirable waterfront zip code in December 2020 for $1.065 million.

The new home represents a significant downsizing for the popular influencer.
Meanwhile, Ashy and her husband welcomed a daughter, Tala, in June 2021. The couple already shares a ten-year-old son, Taj.
Ashy is known for sharing her health and fitness tips on social media and currently boasts 1 million followers on her Instagram.
