Love Island’s Amy Hart shows off her figure in a black sports bra as fans praise her for sharing weight loss goals

Love Island’s Amy Hart proudly showed off her figure as she shared her 2024 weight loss goals.

The reality star, 31, who welcomed her first child with fiancé Sam Ransom, 33, nine months ago, wore a black sports bra and leggings in the Instagram clip.

She then opened her wardrobe and took out a sweater before sipping a huge bottle of water.

Amy wrote alongside the video: ‘I want to achieve a lot this year but this is why I’m not setting goals for 2024.

‘So. I went back over my goals from last year that I wrote down in January and while I accomplished many of them, many of them didn’t apply to the second half of the year due to changed circumstances.

She continued, “With that in mind, I’m doing goals month by month this year. For January my goals are: 2.2 liters of water per day, walking at least 30 minutes per day, exercising 4 times a week, sticking to my macros, losing 3 kg, taking my supplements every day, posting on Instagram every day.’

“I just feel like these bite-sized goals are more manageable and flexible to reassess at the end of each month!” she continued.

‘I’m very interested in the whole idea of ​​goal setting. How do you set your goals and what have you set yourself for the new year?’

Fans praised Amy for showing off her ‘real body’ and being open about her goals, with one penning: ‘I love this, you got this’

Another wrote: ‘I love seeing your posts, it inspires me that you can do anything if you work hard. You should be so proud of who you are and everything you’ve done x’

It comes after Amy spoke out after being criticized for not practicing baby-led weaning with son Stanley.

The blonde beauty posted to her Instagram Story last month after fans became concerned that she had opted for traditional weaning.

Baby-led weaning, or “BLW,” as Amy calls it in the clips, is a style that skips purees, meaning babies go straight from milk to solids.

Amy’s preference for traditional weaning caused tension among fans who feared baby Stanley would struggle to develop motor skills.

Amy defended her parenting decisions, saying: ‘I didn’t want to do baby-led weaning. It’s not for me and it doesn’t fit in with our family.

“I just want to say that this is not anti-BLW rhetoric.” Amy clarified. “It’s just: I do traditional weaning.”

‘I get so many messages saying, ‘No, you need to do baby-led weight loss. For example, he will never have motor skills, he will never be able to feed himself properly…unless you do baby-led weaning.”

Amy turned the camera to show Stanley playing his toy xylophone comfortably next to Sam.

The reality star said she spoke out “just to reassure all the moms who do things the way I do.”

Amy, who shot to fame on Love Island in 2019, gave birth to Stanley in March.

She wrote on Instagram at the time: ‘Well…. 4 days of labor at home (which everyone told me were Braxton Hicks… they weren’t)

“Four very short hours in the delivery room and five long days in the hospital later, we are home with our dreamy baby boy!”

Amy has openly documented that she has undergone three rounds of egg freezing – two of which were successful and resulted in the freezing of twelve eggs at a cost of £12,000.

However, she revealed that despite her fertility problems, she became pregnant naturally and that her pregnancy with Stanley was ‘unplanned’.

The couple announced in an episode of Loose Women in August 2022 that they were expecting their first child together.

Sam proposed to Amy on a cruise ship earlier this year.
