LUKE LITTLER has revealed the next target he plans to topple after he turns 17 years old.
The darts sensation became a global phenomenon after his fairytale run to the World Darts Final less than a month ago.
Littler attracted record numbers of viewers to watch him at Ally Pally.
The Warrington prodigy's whirlwind month ended with him winning the Bahrain Masters last week.
'Luke the Nuke' collected £200,000 after losing the PDC World Darts Championship final to Luke Humphries.
But his success in the Middle East saw him pocket a further £20,000 for beating Michael van Gerwen in the World Series final last Friday.
Despite his bank balance increasing, he kept it low key as he returned to Warrington to celebrate his 17th birthday last Sunday.
He told the BBC: “I was just chilling and having a delicious Chinese meal with my family.
“No one can give me anything, because I can get it myself.”
However, he did reveal the most important thing he hopes to achieve next.
Littler said: “It will be a big thing, it will save my agent and my dad driving me.
“They can put their feet on the dashboard instead of me doing it.”
Littler's girlfriend Eloise Milburn led the birthday messages on Sunday with a loved-up social media post.
The couple attended the Misfits influencer boxing event in Leeds last Saturday and mingled with the stars, posing for photos with KSI and Apollonia Llewellyn.
Then Eloise, 21, posted a special birthday message for her partner with several photos of them together on Instagram and captioned it: 'Happiest birthday to this one! Have a nice day, I love you.”
Two-time world champion Peter Wright also wished him a happy birthday.
Littler returned to St Helens Darts Academy yesterday – the place where he first started playing at the age of 10 – to surprise 87 young darts players.
“It's great to come here and see so many kids. When I walked in, their faces lit up and I signed a bunch of stuff.
“Hopefully I can win titles and inspire these kids.”
Meanwhile, Littler will get the chance to take revenge on Luke Humphries on the opening night of the 2024 Premier League Darts.
Humphries defeated the teenage darts sensation 7-4 on January 3 to claim his first world title and take home the £500,000 prize.
The pair will now meet again in Cardiff on Thursday, February 1, after the Premier League fixtures were announced.
