A BUDGET-FRIENDLY shopper has shared a cheap highlighter that doesn't skimp on quality and rivals the top picks from big-name brands.

After growing up on a makeup budget, she said she knows the best drugstore buys to look your best without breaking the bank.

Self-proclaimed “unfiltered skincare and beauty bestie” Rachel Finley (@hydrationceo) knows how to find the best beauty buys and save money at the same time.

She took viewers to her local pharmacy in a Instagram role as she searched the aisle for some of her favorite products.

The makeup lover didn't grow up with the means to make expensive purchases, so she figured out what good items she could afford in her home. [price range.

The Colourpop Super Shock Highlighter, $9, in the shade Lunch Money, is not only popular for its steal of a price but also for how it gives the “perfect glow.”

It’s not a “glittery highlighter” like many others and blends well with many skin tones.

She added in the caption that she thought Colourpop highlighters were “greater than” high-end ones on the market.

Rachel also gushed about two additional affordable face products, the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser, $10.99, and the E.l.f. Glow Reviver Lip Oil, $8.

She held the concealer in her hands and called it “creamy, dreamy, blendable, concealy goodness” for how seamlessly it blended into her skin.
