MANCHESTER UNITED fans have questioned Marcus Rashford's decision to give free tickets to a supporter who has previously criticized the star.
The 26-year-old attacker posted a photo of a puzzle he was making on social media this week.
Rashford then asked his followers to name what it was and promised to reward the person who guessed correctly with two tickets to United's upcoming Premier League match against Fulham on February 24.
The lucky winner was an influencer named UTDTrey, who runs a United account on X with over a million followers.
The fan responded to being named the winner by messaging Rashford and telling him he was the “best player in the world.”
However, other supporters on stage were quick to point out the criticism UTDTrey had previously leveled at the England international.
Just last month, a Saudi Pro League club begged to sign the United Academy graduate.
In another message they wrote: “We used to have players like Ronaldo, Rooney, Scholes, Beckham, Vidic, Keane, Van Nistelrooy, Van Persie.
“Now that Rashford is acting big, because he knows he is our franchise player, we have fallen from the bad man.”
And other reports said the player was the problem and not Old Trafford boss Erik ten Hag and that “no manager likes Rashford”.

Other United supporters immediately saw the funny side as they hit back at UTDTrey.
One wrote: “After all the shit you said about him too. You better never slander him again in your life.”
While another asked: “What's happening here?”
And a third added: “Trey, of all people.”
Rashford was fined £650,000 by United after calling in sick for training in Belfast the day before last month.
After admitting his mistake, he celebrated his return to the team with a goal in United's 4–3 win over Wolves.
That took his tally to five for the campaign, following his stunning 30-goal run last season.
