She later covered up in a pink kaftan and wore stylish dark shades as she topped up her tan.

Rhea and Mark married in 2009 after an eight-year romance and are now the proud parents of four children: Ella, 20, Michael, 17, Brendan, 15, and Grace, 13.

A few weeks before his Christmas holiday to Barbados, Mark celebrated another holiday with a steamy meat-flashing post on Instagram.

In a Thanksgiving Day video post, he went shirtless and wore barely-there shorts to take a cold plunge.

But before he got soaked, the devout Catholic crossed himself and urged his fans: “On this day, every day, remember to give thanks and praise the Lord.”

Mark had the same sculpted body as he did 30 years ago, when he featured in a sensational Calvin Klein campaign with Kate Moss.

The hunk gets up every day between 3:30 and 4:00 am and starts his day with vitamins and supplements, such as vitamins C and D and turmeric.

As for his diet, he abstains from anything the next day between 6 p.m. and 12 p.m., nourishing himself with espressos in between.

However, his current routine is a relaxed affair, in addition to his former habit of getting up at 2:30 a.m. and eating up to eight meals a day to keep up his grueling workout schedule.

These days, his fitness regime is a little less strenuous, but he’s “all about intermittent fasting,” which has helped him achieve the body he desires.

“I don’t have to do as much cardio, I don’t have to spend as much time in the gym and I feel like I’m getting better results,” he told the Wall Street Journal last year.

“I try to share that information with everyone because I really see the benefits very quickly,” Mark added.

The Departed star has praised the benefits of ‘being consistent with my routine’, explaining: ‘Getting the right amount of rest, staying really focused. My spirituality, my faith has to be the center of it all.”
