COUPLES spending Valentine's Day at home can prepare a romantic meal with M&S's £25 menu.

Options for M&S shoppers include fillet steak, beef wellington, slow-cooked lamb shank, prosecco and more.

M&S shoppers can get their hands on the Valentine's meal deal for £25, including fizz

The delicious range is available to shoppers from Friday, February 9 to Valentine's Day on Wednesday, February 14.

It's always proving popular, so you might want to visit your nearest M&S ​​shortly after launch if you're thinking of trying it.

You can find your local store using the search function on the M&S website.

The M&S range consists of dozens of products, making many different menu combinations possible.

The chic supermarket offers a range of tasty treats for couples to enjoy on Valentine's Day every year – in the hope that they can also save a few extra pennies with the combo deal.

Customers can save up to €16.75 off the price of purchasing the most expensive items on the menu.

The deal is £5 more expensive than last year for the complete three-course meal for two.

For the past four years it has cost £20.

Below is a full list of the items available as part of the £25 deal.

M&S' full Dining for two Valentine's Day menus

There are seven entrees for couples to choose from:

  • Thermidor gratins of large shrimps and lobster
  • Coquilles St Jacques
  • Luxury Pawn Cocktail (GF)
  • Tempura Vegetable Fritters (Ve)
  • Breaded camembert and compote
  • Soufflé pie with leek and cheddar (V)
  • Tempura Shrimp with Sicilian Lemon Alioli

Couples can choose from eight main courses:

  • Filet Steak Beef Wellington with red wine gravy
  • Slow cooked lamb shanks
  • Entrecote with Garlic Butter (GF)
  • Sea bass filled with herb butter
  • Rump steaks with pepper sauce
  • Pork Saltimbocca
  • Mushroom Stroganoff Cake (Ve)
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu

You can pair your main course with one of the following eight sides:

  • Truffle puree (V)
  • Asparagus (V)
  • Vegetable mix (V)
  • Cheesy Green Vegetable Bake (V)
  • Triple Cooked Chips (GF)
  • Mashed potatoes (V)
  • Potato Dauphinoise (V)
  • Mediterranean vegetables (V)

Other supermarket Valentine's Day meal deals

It comes as other supermarkets have announced Valentine's Day meal deals.

Aldi has revealed that its Valentine's meal for two is back on shelves, with the great value three-course meal costing less than £4 per person.

There are five set menu options and you can add wine to any meal, but this makes it slightly more expensive.

Iceland has unveiled its Valentine's Day deals for two, including Ben and Jerry's and steak, with prices starting from just £5 per person

Morrisons are slightly more expensive, the Valentine's Day meal for two includes a three-course meal for £15.

Meanwhile, Tesco is offering lovebirds a Valentine's Day meal for two for just £12, where you can grab a tender steak and a bottle of prosecco.
