Marvin, 38, and his wife Rochelle, 34, present the BBC game show The Hit List and also previously co-hosted This Morning.

A source said The sun: ‘Marvin would be a brilliant addition. Not only is he known to fans of The X Factor and fans of JLS, but the audience for The Hit List and This Morning stretches from children to older viewers.

The source added: ‘The fact he’s remained a bit of a pin-up doesn’t hurt either, and bosses are hoping he’ll take advantage of the jungle shower!’

A spokesperson for the show said: ‘Any proposed names for I’m A Celebrity are just speculation. We will announce our line-up in due course.”

MailOnline has also contacted Marvin’s representatives for comment.

Marvin rose to fame as part of the band JLS alongside his bandmates Aston Merrygold, Oritse Williams and JB Gill on the X Factor.

He has been married to his wife Rochelle since 2012, who started out in the band S Club Juniors before joining the successful pop band The Saturdays.

The couple appeared occasionally on This Morning between 2013 and 2021. He has also appeared on The Voice, Children In Need and as a Capital FM DJ.

Rumored campmates for the upcoming season of the hit ITV show include a former Prime Minister, a Drag Race star and an ex-girl band member.

Former Prime Minister Liz Truss’ name is said to be making waves in the rumor mill this year after Matt Hancock appeared on the latest series of I’m A Celeb in a bid to revamp his image.

A source said The sun: ‘Having seen the effect of having a former Health Secretary on the show last year, bosses were keen to repeat the feat in the new series.

‘High-level politicians are almost guaranteed to stir up controversy in the camp – tantamount to compulsive viewing for fans at home.’

The Vivienne previously said she would be ‘all for’ taking part in I’m A Celeb, during an appearance on Lorraine.

The very first winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK said: “You know what, I’ve never thought about it before, but what an absolutely amazing opportunity that would be!

‘I’m terrified of spiders, but take me to that jungle, I would! What an amazing opportunity in life that I will never get again…I’m all for that!’

However, the artist noted: ‘I should take all my make-up with me – I need mirrors!’

It’s looking increasingly likely that Frankie Dettori will appear in the upcoming series of I’m A Celebrity.

Last month the odds of the champion jockey, 52, ditching the race track for the jungle fell to just 2/1.

William Hill spokesman Lee Phelps said The mirror: ‘Assuming this will be his last season in the saddle, we’ve seen enough money come in for Frankie Dettori to appear on this year’s edition of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in November.

‘There appears to be confidence that the Italian jockey will complete a spell in the jungle this year, with his price falling from 16/1 earlier this month to just 2/1 as of Wednesday morning.’

Olivia Attwood: The Love Islander made her I’m a Celebrity debut on last year’s series, but her time in camp was short-lived

Josie Gibson is now also one of the rumors for the 2023 lineup.

The former Big Brother winner, 38, has become a breakout star of This Morning over the past 12 months, and I’m a Celeb producers are said to be ‘determined to get her’ into the jungle.

A source reportedly told The Sun: ‘She is seen as the perfect person for the jungle as she is already such a well-known face on ITV and will bring her fan base with her.’

Meanwhile, James Buckley could be part of this year’s I’m A Celebrity line-up.

The Inbetweeners star, 36, who famously played schoolboy Jay in the comedy series, previously shared an interest in appearing on I’m A Celeb and saw it as a ‘challenge’.

James said: “I’m not a big fan of celebrity reality shows. But among all those people, I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here! seems most interesting to me personally because it feels like a challenge.

“I’d be cold, I’d be hungry and even if you won a meal I’d be like, ‘I just want a Big Mac.'”

Olivia Attwood made her I’m a Celebrity debut in last year’s series, becoming the first Love Island star to enter the jungle.

But her time in the camp was short-lived. Olivia, 32, was forced to withdraw from the ITV reality show due to medical reasons.

She later revealed to the Daily Mail that a routine blood test had revealed she was ‘dangerously anemic’, with low sodium and potassium levels. ITV decided not to let her into the jungle again.

At the time, Olivia admitted she was ‘heartbroken’ and was keen to give I’m A Celeb another go after her first stint was ‘cut short’.

During an appearance on Lorraine, she said: ‘At some point I would like to come back. I feel like I owe this to everyone and there is still some unfinished business.”

Rugby player Danny Cipriani is also said to be on the radar of I’m A Celeb bosses.

A source told The Daily Mail: ‘Danny is one of the most exciting additions to this series. There are also high expectations that he will reveal secrets from his showbiz lifestyle.

‘But he also has a sense of humor, which makes him popular with his campmates, as well as those watching at home.’

The star – who celebrated her 49th birthday in May – told The Sun: ‘I will do it at some point. I think I’ll be a celebrity for my 50th birthday, it would be something fun to do’

It is also rumored that Alan Halsall is gearing up to follow in the footsteps of his many fellow soap stars, such as Simon Gregson and Andy Whyment.

The actor – who has played mechanic Tyrone Dobbs in Coronation Street since 1998 – is reportedly ‘in talks’ to appear in the next series of I’m A Celeb.

A source told The Sun that as one of Corrie’s ‘most loved characters’, Alan has a ‘ready-made fanbase’.

“Alan is a top lad with loads of personality, so ITV is thrilled he is in talks to join their 2023 cast,” the insider added.

Alex Beresford, who famously clashed with Piers Morgan, previously said filming in the Australian jungle would be ‘amazing’.

The Good Morning Britain weather presenter told The Mirror: ‘Of all the shows I’d love to do, I’d love to do Jungle,’ he said.

“The only thing is, I don’t know how good I would be with snakes and spiders, but I think this is the show that all of us in television want to do. It’s that show, isn’t it? I’d get stuck in it, but I guess lying with snakes around you, ugh!’

Phil Taylor has previously admitted he would like to join the I’m a Celebrity jungle camp.

After the darts champion’s late mentor Eric Bristow spent a stint in the jungle in 2012, Phil told The Mirror that he himself was interested in appearing on the reality show.

Phil said: ‘I’d like to do jungle – I’m not too sure about Strictly, although it would do me a lot of good and get me fit.

‘But if I were asked to do the jungle, and it fit into my schedule, I would like to experiment with that sometime.’
