Sickening moment thug robs 10-year-old boy of $8 as he walking along NYC sidewalk with his little sister

This is the sickening moment a brazen thief robbed a 10-year-old boy of $8 as he walked down a Brooklyn sidewalk with his sister in broad daylight.
The robbery happened around 11 a.m. Friday in the Crown Heights neighborhood, near 1436 Sterling Place. The block is lined with residential houses.
The boy was walking with his 7-year-old sister when the suspect grabbed the boy’s hand and took his money before fleeing, police said.
Both children were unharmed.

It is unclear what events led to the robbery.
Video surveillance captured the backpack the criminal was wearing, wearing black jeans, a gray T-shirt and black boots, and in his hands what appeared to be a pair of sneakers.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,500 to anyone who can identify the suspect.
