British summer workers have taken revenge on ‘selfish’ Zante holidaymakers who reserved their sunburns by ‘hiding’ their towels and throwing them up.

Waitress Millie Newsham, 20, was on his way back to her hotel room at 6 o’clock after a night out with friends last week when they noticed that towels were placed on sunbires to reserve them.

Millie, from Blackpool, has been in Zante since mid -June and works there before the summer, but says that her friends have become more and more frustrated by tourists trying to claim their place at the swimming pool.

‘We live in the hotel because we work here and a lot of tourists are staying here now.

“Nobody does it. You just don’t do that because we are in Zante.

‘We all had a little drink and then we started to hide their towels around the hotel and such.

‘I don’t think you should reserve tanning beds, because there is clearly no one here until about three o’clock in the afternoon, so there is literally no sense.

“It’s pretty selfish because half of these people don’t even stand up. Then the people who stand up do not have a lounger. It’s so annoying.

“It’s so annoying. Of course this is our home at the moment.

“We scored them. They have not done it since. ‘

She said she heard people in her hotel speak about her video, which has since become viral on social media.
