Nicole Kidman kicked off the new year by returning to work on the set of her new thriller Babygirl.
The 56-year-old actress – who recently admitted to being insecure about her 6-foot-4 height – was spotted filming in New York City.
The Australian beauty originally signed on to star in November, with filming beginning in December, just before the holidays.
Kidman was spotted in a thick black wool trench coat with a lacy black scarf wrapped around her neck.
The redhead accessorized with small diamond earrings with strands flowing down her face, with black gloves and a black bag.

She completed her look with black boots as she continued working on the thriller in the Big Apple.
Babygirl follows a successful CEO (Kidman) who begins a risky affair with her much younger intern.
The cast also includes Harris Dickinson, Antonion Banderas, Jean Reno and Sophie Wilde.
Halina Reijn (Bodies Bodies Bodies) directs from her own original screenplay, while also serving as producer through her MAN UP Film with 2AM's David Hinojosa.
2AM's Julia Oh, Zach Nutman and Christine D'Souza Gelb will all serve as executive producers on the project.
Kidman comes from the superhero sequel Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, plus the TV shows Faraway Downs and Special Ops: Lioness.
She also stars in the upcoming Prime Video series Expats, alongside Sarayu Blue and Brian Tee, which debuts on January 26.

The actress will next be seen in Netflix's A Family Affair alongside Zac Efron, Joey King and Kathy Bates, for which a release date has not yet been announced.
She also stars in another Netflix project, the TV series The Perfect Couple, alongside Dakota Fanning, Eve Hewson, Liev Schreiber, Meghann Fahy and Jack Reynor.
Kidman also has the thriller Holland, Michigan starring Matthew Macfadyen, Rachel Sennott and Gael Garcia Bernal.
She also has the TV shows The Last Anniversary starring Teresa Palmer and Miranda Richardson and Kay Scarpetta starring Jamie Lee Curtis in post-production.
