Noida traffic advisory: Traffic diversions would take place on routes along the Chilla border, the DND Loop, Film City flyover, Sector 18, Sector 27, the Elevated Road, NTPC underpass and Sector 31-25 intersection.

Noida: Attention Noida commuters! Gautam Buddh Nagar Police has issued a traffic diversion advisory for you if you are planning to visit the locations mentioned below. The Noida Police have warned commuters against short traffic diversions in view of the proposed visit of Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel here on Tuesday afternoon. Notably, Anandben Patel is expected to attend the Saras Ajeevika Mela here in the afternoon, officials said.

Noida traffic advisory: list of affected areas

As per the police advisory, the traffic diversions would take place on routes along the Chilla border, DND Loop, Film City flyover, Sector 18, Sector 27, Elevated Road, NTPC underpass and Sector 31-25 intersection.

Diversions may also affect traffic at Gijhor intersection, routes around Sector 60, Model Town and Shilp Haat near Sector 33, among others, police said.

“The traffic going from Chilla border to Greater Noida can reach the destination through DSC route from Sector 14 A flyover to Sector 15 roundabout. Vehicles going from DND border to Greater Noida can reach their destination via Sector 18 from Rajnigandha Chowk,” police said.

Traffic going to the three sections of the film city will be diverted

“The traffic going from the three sections of Film City via the Elevated Road will be allowed via Sector 37 via the Mahamaya flyover. Traffic going from Sector 60 towards Sector 18 and DND via Elevated Road will be allowed via Sector 60, Sector 71, City Center and Sector 3,” it added.

Police said emergency vehicles will be allowed through during the diversion period.

“In case of traffic disruption, please contact the traffic helpline number 9971009001. Use alternate routes to avoid inconvenience,” the police urged commuters.
