Oleksandr Usyk grimaces as he watches Anthony Joshua’s KO of Francis Ngannou

OLEKSANDR USYK was left grimacing after rewatching Anthony Joshua’s brutal knockout of Francis Ngannou.

Joshua floored Ngannou three times in two rounds, with the last brutal right hand finishing the job.

But Usyk might not have even seen the final blow as he refused to watch after AJ’s second knockdown.

DAZN replayed the fight for the Ukrainian and his reaction to the 37-year-old Ngannou hitting the deck for a second time was shock.

And he closed the laptop to stop watching, missing the moment the MMA star stood up only to be KO’d with the next punch.

Usyk, 36, returns in the heavyweight division’s first four-belt fight against Fury, 35, on May 18.

The pair are contracted for a rematch immediately afterwards, but Joshua, 34, will hope to fight his way to a title shot.

And AJ – who has lost twice to Usyk – insisted he was just a phone call away if either wanted to make a deal.

He told Air sports: “For my career, I feel like victories are a thing of the past, you can’t dwell on them for too long because there’s always a new challenge coming up.

“I feel like a win pushes me not to dwell on my sadness too much, because a loss isn’t fun for anyone.

“And as far as Usyk and Fury go, it’s really up to them. I’m just a phone call away, better yet, I’m just a tweet away. You can tweet me and we can close the deal, so it will happen.”

During the Fury fight, Joshua said: ‘I’ll fight him in his backyard, I don’t care. I’m a fighting man, you know what I mean?

“Wherever, whenever, it doesn’t matter. As long as we perform for the fans, that’s the most important thing.”
