An OnlyFans creator who rammed her Mercedes into a parked van while driving four times over the legal limit can now face legal action over the damage.

Paris Ow-Yang, 18, has become embroiled in a legal dispute over the $150,000 she owes businessman Adam Troost, the owner of a red Mercedes van.

The influencer rammed her $50,000 black Mercedes sedan into Mr Troost’s van while it was parked in Point Piper in Sydney’s east at about 8.45pm on October 18.

Mr Troost’s lawyers previously sent a draft statement of claim to Ow-Yang asking for $150,000 to replace the van, but she would still have to pay.

“Mr. Troost has tried to be nice,” attorney Ben Horne told the newspaper Daily telegram.

‘During the hearing, Ms Ow-Yang indicated that she would pay to compensate for the damage caused. That doesn’t seem to be happening and makes it difficult to find a simple solution.’

Ow-Yang has disputed the $150,000 amount but has indicated she is “willing, willing and able” to pay $90,000 in damages, according to her legal counsel.

“We requested an appraisal (of the damaged vehicle), and that amount came to $90,000, which my client is ready, willing and able to pay,” Michael Bowe said.

Mr Troost also charges the influencer for the costs of a rental car.

He is expected to receive an identical replacement for his Mercedes van in June next year. The vehicle was not insured at the time of the accident.

The incident happened after Ow-Yang got drunk for nine hours to drown her “pain and agony” following a break-up with nightclub baron Julian Tobias, Downing Center Local Court was told in November.

Ow-Yang, who joined OnlyFans when she was 18, started at Meat & Co around noon on the day in question and later drank at a Chinese restaurant and at a friend’s house.

She later blew 0.213 and police found that the P2 license holder had no P license plates on her car.

Ow-Yang, who started dating 44-year-old Tobias at the age of 17, started drinking white wine at 3pm on October 18, after an earlier period of partying at her parents’ estate in the Southern Highlands and on Bali.

While standing before Magistrate Rodney Brender, Ow-Yang was warned that her behavior had ‘endangered you and other people on the road’.

His Honor told Ow-Yang she faced a possible 18-month prison sentence and that ‘where moral culpability is increased by aggravating factors, anything less than a prison sentence is generally inappropriate.

“If it happens again… (yes), prison.”

Mr Bowe told the court the crash was the result of a “perfect storm” after Ow-Yang “fell out of control” by drinking when “she couldn’t deal with… the breakdown” of her romance.

She was “drowning herself in alcohol,” Bowe said.

“She just buried herself in her own depression and problems, hoping alcohol would mask the pain and hurt,” he added.

Ow-Yang graduated last year from the exclusive Frensham College in the NSW Southern Highlands, a $33,000-a-year women’s boarding school.

She has a significant presence on OnlyFans, receiving 40,000 views per post on the subscription adult content site.

The influencer claims her account was so lucrative that she was able to drop out of college and buy a house after just two months.
