Peter Andre ‘mimicked’ his wife Emily MacDonagh’s pregnancy by strapping heavy melons to his chest and stomach for a bizarre video on Monday.
The singer and television personality, 51, took to Instagram as he shared the experiment with his fans.
Peter and Dr Emily, 34, announced they were expecting a third child together in October.
The video started with Emily helping Peter tie up the fruit before he struggled to complete a series of daily tasks.
As the video played, he said, “Emily’s belly is quite small and even though these melons may be a bit exaggerated, the melon to bump ratio is, I think we’re pretty good in a way.”

He was seen relaxing on the couch as he got into the car where he suffered painful cramps, struggled to unload the dishwasher and tried to find a comfortable position in bed.
He then summarized afterwards: ‘Oh, I’d be done! I do not do that!’
In another scene, he teetered on heels as he struggled with the weight.
His son Junior, 18, then joked, writing in the comments: “Imagine walking down to your dad with melons tied to himself.”
It comes after Peter admitted on Loose Women last week that he wants his fifth child to be a boy, as he and wife Emily teased potential baby names.
Emily admitted on Lorraine this month that she found it a lot harder to get pregnant this time because she was a little older.
However, she said she was still enjoying the pregnancy and her remaining weeks with the baby who Peter hopes will be a boy.
Peter told the Loose Women panellists: ‘I’ve had both and technically this will be the sixth set of nappies I’ve changed, I don’t mind, but preferably a boy.’

The sixth set of diapers Peter was referring to included his ex-wife Katie Price’s son, Harvey, who was just three years old when his mother and Peter married in 2002. Peter and Katie share son Junior and daughter Princess.
During the Loose Women chat, Nadia Sawalha held a crystal over Emily’s stomach and predicted the baby would be a boy.
Either way, the couple were ready for both genders, with Emily saying: “We like some gender-neutral names like Jamie.”
Emily recently said of her pregnancy: ‘It’s been harder and I don’t know if it’s because I’m older or because I already have two children.
“It was definitely a bit more challenging, but I guess that’s to be expected, right.
“The more pregnancies you have, I think it gets a little more challenging, but I love it and it’s a precious time and I can’t believe it’s coming to an end, which makes me think I should really enjoy this time.” ‘
She added: “We are largely ready. Peter is so practical, he makes sure I don’t carry anything and he helps me up the stairs, all that stuff.’

Peter’s eldest son Junior noted in January that the new child will prepare him for fatherhood.
Junior told me HELLO!: ‘Well, I’m going to be one of eight now, which is crazy, I’m going to be a big brother again.
“Obviously I’m going to be 19 years older, so I’m going to treat it like it’s my child. It’s going to prepare me for fatherhood, but yeah, I’m really excited.”
