Roxy Jacenko spared no expense as she took her Ministry of Talent team for Christmas lunch at Bondi’s Icebergs.

The PR queen, 43, arrived in Sydney last week, only to surprise her employees with a visit to the chic eatery, overlooking Bondi Beach.

Roxy’s former nanny, Martinica Canha, shared some photos from the lunch, where employees received gifts from Hermès.

Although the gifts are not shown, even small leather accessories, such as Hermès diaries, can be purchased for more than $400 each.

Roxy flew back to Sydney last week for the first time since moving to Singapore, taking daughter Pixie, 12, with her.

The PR queen revealed that part of the reason for the trip was to work for Ministry, but also to visit her hairdresser.

‘I’m going to have a complete overhaul. Full blonde and extensions,’ Roxy said The Daily Telegraph upon her return Down Under.

“They just don’t know how to do blonde in Singapore,” she complained.

The PR queen later took to Instagram to document the color change.

Roxy stepped back from her flagship PR firm, Sweaty Betty, in November after turning it into one of the best-known firms in the country.

‘Eighteen years ago this was me. A hungry 24-year-old who desperately wants to succeed (at something, basically anything),” she said at the time.

‘No university degree and a half-finished TAFE course, four months of PR experience and a small office with a fax machine and cordless phone.’

She said she has lived Sweaty Betty, but now it’s time to live and focus on the talent agency Ministry of Talent.

The Ministry Of Talent includes social media influencers in fashion, beauty, fitness and more, creating partnerships between bloggers and brands.

Roxy revealed in June that she was leaving Sydney to live with Oliver and their two children in Singapore.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph in October, Roxy revealed the move took a toll on her emotions.

“I literally cried every day for the first four weeks — and I’m not much of a crier — it was so, so hard,” she told the publication.

‘I have lived in Australia for 43 years, so moving to another country was a serious challenge.’

The Sweaty Betty founder revealed in June that she was leaving Sydney to live with her husband Oliver Curtis (left, with Roxy and their children Pixie and Hunter) in Singapore.
