The controversial boxer was arrested on Saturday for misdemeanor vandalism at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Los Angeles.

Footage of his arrest shows the boxer shirtless and wearing a helmet as he walks out of the hotel with a number of officers surrounding him.

Despite reports that Garcia has been released, he went to X on Sunday and suggested he was still locked up.

He wrote, “It’s kind of funny that both Trump and I are in jail.

“I don’t know if he’s in jail, but I know he’s been convicted. This sucks, but I love Jesus, I’m going to be okay.”
