Salaar: CeaseFire will not have a cameo from Yash, producer makes it clear that Rocky Bhai will NOT enter Prabhas’ universe
Rumors are doing the rounds about Yash’s special entry in Salaar: CeaseFire. However, the producer of the film has now confirmed that there will be no special cameo from the KGF actor and it will only be about Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Yas in Salaar: Salaar: Armistice is one of the most anticipated films of the year. And to make it even bigger, fans recently speculated about it Yep‘s cameo in the film. The popular Kannada actor gained new popularity after the pan-Indian success of the KGF series. Now the same director who made the series – Prashanth Neel – decided to make Salaar of Prabhasa section of fans showed interest in Yash’s participation in the Salaar universe. However, it seems like the rumors were just rumors.
In an interview now Salaar producer Vijay Kiragandur clarified that there is no place for Yash Salaar and there is no cameo from the actor in the film releasing this month. While you’re talking to India todaythe head of Hobale Films, the production banner behind both Salaar And KGFsaid, “I think Prashanth has already made it clear that there is no connection between KGF And Salaar). There is no cameo in the film (by Yash). So that is not true.”
What led to the speculation about Yash’s cameo in Salaar?
Earlier, Prashanth also emphasized this Salaar is a standalone film and has no connection with the film KGF series. But recently at an event, singer Theertha Subhash left fans scratching their heads when she said she was excited about ‘Yash Uncle’s cameo’ in the film. Later, she and her parents clarified in an official statement that she had only assumed Yash’s presence Salaar. “I have seen KGF many times. My father told me that the Salaar team was the same one that made it KGF. So I assumed that uncle Yash would also be in Salaar,” she said in the statement.

Salaar was made in two parts, with the first part releasing worldwide on December 22nd as the big Christmas release. Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s starrer faces a Box Office clash with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki. Both films enjoy different audiences and are expected to have cash registers ringing at the box office. Salaar is set in the fictional town of Khansaar, run by the Mannar family. Vardharaj Mannar, played by Prithviraj, will be declared the new king of the city and his crowning ceremony will take place soon. However, enemies decide to overthrow him as the would-be king and devise an infamous plan to conquer the empire. After learning the same, Vardharaj calls up his old friend who had promised him ‘tu jab bulayega main auga’. The old friend Deva, played by Prabhas, has the strength of hundreds and believes in justice. Things change when, after years, he joins hands with Vardharaj to regain control of the empire.
