Samsung TV owners will receive a free upgrade with new channels, including Royal Station

A NEW channel has arrived on Samsung TVs dedicated to all things royalty.

Fans can delve into a series of documentaries about the royal family, including a look at Prince Harry’s controversial biography Spare, as well as the love story of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

There is also plenty to remember Queen Elizabeth II.

And it’s not just British royals; there are also programs about other royal families such as Sweden and Denmark.

The channel is one of the little known bonus stations available on Samsung devices.

It’s part of the Samsung TV Plus service, a free internet streaming benefit on Samsung TVs and smartphones.

The Royalworld transmitter can be found at station number 4418, according to RXTVInfo.

Other channels include Highway Thru Hell, which shows back-to-back episodes of the long-running Canadian factual series that started in 2012.

It follows the work of a heavy vehicle rescue and recovery company based in Hope, British Columbia, during accidents and severe weather incidents.

Highway Thru Hell can be found on Samsung TV Plus number 4128.

There’s something new for the kids too, with a Care Bears channel on number 4611.

It joins a growing list of themed channels for children, which already includes Lego, Teletubbies and The Smurfs.
