Sophie Monk shocks fans with very surprising way she eats cucumber: ‘You can’t do it like that’
Sophie Monk scared her fans on Tuesday when she revealed the very surprising way she eats a cucumber.
The TV presenter, 44, shared a cheeky video on Instagram in which she laid out some of the New Year’s resolutions she hoped to achieve by 2024, including eating healthier.
The hilarious clip captured some of the healthy life goals Sophie tried in vain to achieve during the first week of the year.
The clip showed Monk holding a huge cucumber and then biting straight into it, instead of chopping it up.
Sophie’s husband Joshua Gross could be heard saying to her in the background, “You can’t eat it like that,” to which she replied, “What do you mean?” I am.’

She then joked that her healthy living goals would now have to wait until “next year.”
Many of Sophie’s followers found her food mistake hilarious and quickly took to the comments section.
“From now on we will eat cucumbers like this,” one person wrote, while a second person added: “Haha the cucumber. I won’t show that to my husband.’

In October, Sophie revealed why she turned her back on Hollywood when she was about to break into a career on the big screen.
The former Bardot band member says Tinseltown’s casting couch culture was partly to blame.
“You’d have meetings and you’d say, ‘Is this a date or a lecture?'” she said Stellar magazine.

“And then you have someone who’s in love with you, and they’re not going to put you in a movie because they want to keep you where you are so they can date you.”
After giving up Hollywood and moving back to Australia in 2015, Sophie has had a successful career as a TV presenter, presenting Beauty and the Geek and Love Island for Channel Nine.
Before returning home, Sophie racked up some impressive credits, starring in Date Movie in 2006 alongside Alyson Hannigan and Jennifer Coolidge.
She also appeared in the Adam Sandler comedy Click and the TV series Entourage and will star alongside American rapper Vanilla Ice in the tongue-in-cheek horror film Zombie Plane later this year.
